The Cardio-Zone is specially designed with a state-of-the-art fitness studio. All equipment is from the new Life Fitness range. The treadmills, summit trainer, bicycles or cross trainers all allow access to world news, movie channels or your favourite iPOD tune.

For those wishing to avoid the heat, unwind at the Pool Bar with its specially designed external cooling mists, or, alternatively, on chilly days take advantage of the heated outdoor pool. Why not enjoy the delicious dishes on our menu. Sure to satisfy both body and soul.
Outdoor pool is closed during winter season (November-May).
Outdoor swimming pool is open between 07:00am – 8:00pm.
Children below16 year of age is not allowed to use the Outdoor Pool without adult supervision.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to commencement of your treatment.
Robes, towels, lockers and Spa slippers will be provided.
Please remove all jewellery prior to your SPA InterContinental visit.
